Balbuena Bus Terminal is reserved for ADO Group. Some of the bus lines that operate out of this terminal are: Autobuses Unidos (AU), Cristóbal Colón, Sur and Autobuses Texcoco. They serve many destinations, among them Huixtla, Comitán, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Tapachula and Oaxaca.
This station provides a budget service, and it is smaller compared to others in the city. It has a sales office and waiting room. Buses stop at the main avenue where passengers may wait and board the coaches upon presentation of a valid ticket to the driver.
You can easily reach the station by public transport as it is located close to Metro Balbuena station. This stop is served by line , which connects to some of the most important subway lines: A, 5 and 9. The terminal does not have any ATM. We advise passengers to foresee their needs and bring in the sum they plan to spend during their trip.
The terminal does not have a parking facility.

Terminal Balbuena has only one free restroom that serves both men and women.
Outside the station, travelers may choose from different public transport options to take them to their final destination. Cabs stop at taxi rank across the street, but please noticed that these are not official cars authorized by the terminal.
